meh...

Good music, good graphics, and well designed levels. The only drawback I saw was that it was really difficult to collect the stars. A lot of times I would hit the star, but because i didn't go EXACTLY through the center, it didn't count it. Oh well.

Meh

Not terrible, and it's certainly not too hard, but I think that instead of having the overheat bar, you should have a reload button. It would solve the same purpose, but I would get to choose when I reload. The only thing I agree with people like the baby whiner morbox about is that some more money per mission might be a good idea, but as it is, it's not too difficult of a game unless you just completely suck.

Cleverly impossible!

I really was amazed by this! quite an original idea, as well as a very intuitive "ai" system, if you will. Great music, great robots (they're cute :P especially when you duck!) and all around well done. No shortage of levels, either. Kudos to you.

needs some work.

Not bad, but some improvements could have been made. 1) maybe add bigger ammo, either in size, or amount that it replenishes. Some new guns would be nice, and fighting something other than squares and circles would be fun, too. Finally, I think some background music would be a nice addition, as well as maybe a background picture. It's not terrible, but it still seems unfinished.

Woo!

Truly an amazing game! You really improved on the first game quite a bit, which is difficult. Too often I see a sequel wishing I had just stuck with the first version. I agree that the idea of the map was really awesome - it added so much more interactivity, and really increased the replay value. I didn't get to half of the cities, and I wish I would've taken a different path once, so I'll definitely be playing again. One suggestion - a sandbox mode where you get unlimited days, so that you can go to every city and get all the weapons, but you can't actually beat the game. Fantastic job on the movies in the game, especially the intro. Overall, great job. I hope to see another.

Not bad!

I would have liked it a LOT more had the left and right arrows been switchable to A and D, instead, or something like that, but otherwise it was good. It was difficult to get the 30,000 points, but man, once you get those missiles, you WIN.

...why so much complaining?

I too noticed the jump glitch, but it definitely wasn't too difficult. I went with the arcane build and just kept using ultima. I went back and played it with just the frostbolts, and gave up simply because it was taking too long, but it wasn't honestly that difficult. I took one point off of my rating because of the glitch, and two off because I wish there had been some more choices in terms of speccing. Also, the jump attack is very dodgeable - you just can't be under him when he falls. I dodged it several times.

Nice!

I really liked the game. Lots of customization, strategy, some intense moments (did that HONESTLY just break through THAT defence?!), the music was just perfect (loud enough that I could hear it, yet quiet enough that I could ignore it when it got repetitive), and completely bug free. Only problem I really had with it, though, was the fact that (and correct me if i'm wrong) it didn't warn you BEFORE you started playing that you could only get certain things on the kongregate website. I got a little annoyed when I was 5 levels in and wanted to get a paladin, only to realize that I'd have to completely start the game over in order to get one. Maybe if you include some sort of level code thing, so that when people DO realize that, they can simply enter the code on your website and get the game started right where they left off. Also, it would enable us to restart our computer and start up again at the same place, go to a friend's house and start off from the same spot there, etc. Other than that, though, really awesome game. I hope to see another from you soon.

Truly Stunning!

This game was ABSOLUTELY fantastic! I guess it was a bit short, but very insightful. It gave some truly interesting messages, and the graphics were awesome. I loved the fact that it didn't just say "separate these" or "go here". It was very refreshing to see this kind of a game. The only problem I had with it was that the two last lines of text at the very end of the game went down into the swirly black tendrils in the border, and I could not read them. Whether that was planned or not, or if my resolution (1280x1024) wasn't set up correctly to see it, i'm not sure, but it was a bit annoying. However, it was, again, a truly amazing game, and I hope to see more from you in the future!

Nice.

That was pretty awesome. I might suggest a feature on hard where every time you shoot them, but don't kill them, they speed up. That way, at the end, you can't just spam shots, because they'll get really quick, or something. In any case, I beat it, and it was just cool. I liked the opening - reminded me of doom or something :P GG.
