[Salad Fingers Episode 8]

Quite sad.

After watching all of these, I've gone from thinking that he's just some freaky weirdo to a very lonely, misunderstood being. I would like to know what he was like before he became salad fingers, though, if he was ever a normal human.

Not so good.

I rarely bash on how bad I thought a movie was, and I don't necessarily plan on doing that now, but I didn't like a couple different aspects about it. First of all, I thought the transitions of sounds were really poorly done. I didn't like how you could hear air loudly rushing past them when they were on the cliff, to suddenly the wind becoming completely silent, and all you can hear is the sound of those bubbles (?). I also really didn't much understand the plot. Maybe it's because I didn't watch the whole thing, but in my opinion, if you're going to make a movie that long, please at least add some sort of plot, so we know if it's just starting or coming to a close. I agree with the one guy that it seems like you got a little carried away. It's almost like you just threw a bunch of random useless stuff in there, simply to take up more time. It was almost like you had some minimum requirement for the length of your movie, and you just put a bunch of filler stuff in it.

On the flip side, however, the animation was very well done, and the music fir the scenes very well, for the most part. Good job on that! :)

Funny

I thought it was pretty funny :P I liked how over-animated the speech was. I dunno why, but that always makes me laugh. Also, at Kuro13, the voices were supposed to be crap. He's not going for some super perfect representation of the movie, he's trying to sound like that in order to point out that it's meant to be a comedy.

It was interesting because I do indeed believe that it was a very realistic view of what some drugs might make your life seem like, but to call the people that thought it was stupid "arrogant" is a bit harsh. If anything, they're simply not used to this form of art. I personally am not a fan, but I can certainly appreciate the work that went into it. Good animation skills, at the very least.

Great Idea!

This flash was really amazing! it was so different from anything else you see out there. It was a very clever idea, and very well thought out. The music was quite a good choice as well. Congrats on a very very well done movie. The only reason I didn't give you a 10 was simply because of the fact that some of the pictures I didn't get enough time or detail to see what was going on. Still great, in any case. I got the general idea just fine.

The flash was really funny. It was cute, and I really like your animation style. I like the fact that you told the whole story without using any words - few people can do that well. Grats!

Nice. Pretty funny, overall. It wasn't the audio that made me laugh, however, it was the characters faces, and the way they moved to the voice. Good job, anyways.

Awesome animation, and great soundtrack. I loved the fact that you told the story with no words, and yet, it didn't seem lacking in that department at all! It takes real skill to be able to do that, and you pulled it off with style. I really liked the story as well. Definitely keep up the good work; I hope to see more submissions from you in the future!
